This guy is my new favorite singer and songwriter. Zac Brown has been working hard on his music career for years and last year he finally started getting some recognition. I hope you’ve heard his big hit song, “Chicken Fried.” It is a great party anthem song and I can’t get enough of it!

My yard is over run with squirrels lately. I think the squirrels know that they drive my poor dogs mad when they cavort in my yard, so they are doing it deliberately now. My dogs spend the day sitting in the windows of the living room and watching the yard. When the squirrels come into the yard they bark and howl the entire time. Evil squirrels!

After a very long time of nothing really new, McDonalds has brought out new burgers. Their angus burgers come in three different “flavors” and are not cheap. But they promise that the new burgers taste better. I haven’t tried them yet – anyone have experience with the new burgers yet?

The loaf of italian bread that I bought from the Publix bakery on Sunday has already got little green dots of mold growing on it. So I had to toss it out and I just hate to waste food. That also left me with no bread to go with my pasta dinner. Luckily, I had a couple of hamburger buns left over in the bottom of the bread drawer. So I took out the hamburger buns and dropped each half into my toaster. With a little butter on the toasted buns I had a nice italian dinner, with fresh bread.
